To request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via email, phone, or our contact form within 24 hours of receiving your order
Provide your order number and customer details
Clearly describe the reason for return
Await approval After the approval pack the parcel as it was received When the delivery man arrives, hand over the package to them
Clear photos or videos of defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be provided before return approval
Photos should clearly show the defect, damage, or wrong item received
For high-value items, unboxing video may be required
Returns are accepted only within 24–48 hours of receiving the product, and only if the product is defective, damaged, or a wrong item was delivered.
Product is defective or not functioning properly
Product arrived damaged during shipping
Wrong item was delivered
Color differences due to lighting, monitor, or mobile display
Customer simply does not like the product after purchase
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Items must be unused and undamaged
Must be in original packaging with all tags attached
Original invoice must be included
Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any)
Products that are used or damaged by the customer are not eligible
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before processing refunds
Refunds may be denied, reduced, or partially refunded if items don't meet our return conditions
Missing accessories or incomplete returns will result in refund deduction or rejection
We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn't meet our policy criteria
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only
Exchange is subject to product availability
If exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed
